Hello Brian. I have been looking for a video of a UFO which is similar to one I saw last summer with my friend. Yours is one which resembles the one we saw the most...so I added it to my favourites to show my friend.....Then I looked at the enhanced version. You saw it in Scotland...so did we...in Oban. We watched it for ages taking turns of a telescope. First of all it was outside my friend's window then it flew off over the sea and over the Isle of Kerrera and I assume over Mull..it was just like yours...waggling about and the evening sun was reflecting off it. I have to check the date...was it late August or early September..a Tuesday evening abour 6.30ish. I'm astonished. We phoned the police who never took us seriously and as far as I know no-one else here saw it.
